Channels missing?

Hi. I had all my channels set and reading properly. Now when I hit record, almost all of them disappear? I can't add them anymore either hmm

I am having the exact problem, need to do some logging, cant find things like knock. Hopefully someone has an idea.

so my problem was solved via support ticket. This worked for me.

The OS reporting in the vehicle is scrambled. Greyed out channels will not record as they are not supported, in this case because the OS is not recognized.


Download and use the latest beta version of VCM editor. Please note this will not overwrite the stable version. It will show as "VCM Editor(beta)" in your program files.

- Connect to the vehicle in VCM scanner
- disconnect from the vehicle
- go to vehicle>vehicle profiles>vehicle profile editor
- On the profile of the vehicle you are working with enter the factory stock os in "user os:" and close the window

After entering in the OS, connect to the vehicle, add your channels and attempt the log again
