2013 f150 5.0 shifting

What parameters need to be adjusted to make the shifts faster? I increased the trans trq reduction for a firmer shift but they r still slow?? Thanks. Edit. I have my max pressure set to 230 but datalogs show 130 max commanded

There are a lot of parameters you can adjust on the transmission. jeremy's truck transtuned.hpt Here is an example for you to take a look at for comparison. Do not use this tune as it is adjusted for his tire size which was bigger than stock but will give you an idea.
