    definition failed to load

    first i wanna say that im just getting started with this program and learning as i go so if the solution to my problem is stupid and simple pls bear with me... i am trying to licenes my first vehicle and right after reading the entire VCM and saving the file it will pop up a window that says "definition fail to load. you will not be able to edit this file. please contact........"... ive already emailed all the info that the help file has told me to to support@hptuners and i have not yet gotten a reply with a solution... i tried searching the forum but came up with nothing... can anyone please explain wat is going on here and how to fix it?... i have yet to get my first look at the license window... thanks for your help...

    oh i forgot to mention that the vehicle im working with is a 2003 pontiac grand am w/ 2.2l ECOTEC... im the second owner and i highly doubt its been tuned before...

    I don't have any 2003 pontiac grand am def failed to loads in que ie I've answered them all.

    It would be helpful if support would acknowledge receipt of these emails so a customer isn't waiting for an update that is not being prepared. I'm currently waiting on one for a 98 GrandAm - hopefully it has been received.

    I do acknowledge receipt and give a basic understanding as to the process in the acknowledgment email.
