LF Stock 06 Dodge Ram 5.9 3500 A/T Tune!

Hey everyone! New here, just purchased my tuner and eager to get into it.

Unfortunately I have tuned my truck with the Smarty J06 and it has caused my ECM to be locked for reading by HP tuners. Even reverting the Smarty back to stock, it still doesn?t work on HP. Unless someone knows of a way around it, I?m looking to see if anyone has a stock file for my truck. With that being said, I?m curious about a few things..

I found another gentleman who posted his 06 2500 5.9 with auto trans stock file, when I loaded it to my program, I noticed I have to pay 1 credit on the file and 1 for the truck, my question is, even though his truck is a 2500 auto, but mine is 3500 auto, what would happen if I load his tune into my truck? It seems to let me LOAD the tune into my truck but not actually pull it.

Or if someone has a 06 3500 (Dually) 5.9 auto stock tune file, I?d be grateful and maybe even throw some money your way.

you should be fine to use that tune, it will change the vin likely as well. if you know the OS you need and send you VIN i likely have it on hand. email me through my site

Thank you, Fummins! I just sent an email with a picture of what my HP tuner shows. I did verify VIN as well..

I also found a 2006 dodge ram 2500 mega cab tune for the 5.9 auto, I can use. But I am scared to do this with the VIN possibly changing. Would love your input on this. Thank you for checking as well!
