    Question Scatpack hellcat blower

    I am currently testing a setup using the stock supercharger from a Hellcat. However, I am encountering lean conditions at wide-open throttle (WOT). The configuration includes Hellcat injectors, a Hellcat throttle body, and an MMX Hellcat Supercharger Bypass Valve Controller. I would appreciate any insights or recommendations regarding this issue! thanks

    why is it stuck in open loop? what fuel pump are you using? why are you missing so many Pids and your map sensor data is wrong ? why is ANN turned off? if this is stock 392 you are going to eat a piston with that tune file

    before it needs a tune - it needs a fuel system!

    there are a few restrictions that need to be dealt with or its gonna lean out

    what pump did you put in it?


    god damn! i just looked at the log. WOT ; 6000 rpm ; 20 deg lead ; 1.35 lambda ; and a whoppin .7 p ratio

    you have multiple issues

    tuned off NN for VE tuning. O2 sensors had spacer in it so I?m using WB. Stock fuel pump 392. Hellcat injectors. MAP reads 103kpa on engine off and that?s in FL

    email me, i have a fuel pump for you

    and suggestions how to remove a couple really bad restrictions that are currently present

    can help you tune it later too but first you need a fuel system

    and prolly some larger injectors

    i have some 1300's here (new) but all you really need is 1050's

    stock demon bare min

    Why would you have spacers on the front 02s? you need to tune with the narrows bands on open, you are really making this way to complicated and doing it the hard way. with this setup with proper tuning you could actually keep ANN on. You will need a larger fuel pump like a Walbro 450 or a BAP on the 392 pump though. MAP should read right at 100 in Florida your MAP scaling is a little off.

    but you cannot run a stock 392 pump

    just like you wont be able to run a stock hellcat injector at 58 psi

    if it makes any power...

    it needs to be leaked down,

    sorry typo, I was trying to say use the narrow bands for part throttle tuning, that log he posted was in open loop. you can run Hellcat injectors up to 7PSI with a upgraded pump, but no more then that it will be about 80% Duty cycle with a 11.2-11.5 AFR at 6400 RPMs on a 6.4L

    don't see how you make a blanket statement like that without knowing what mods were done to the fuel lines or what pump gets put in it?

    you don't even know what the stoich of his fuel is and you are calling out AFR's

    : )

    I am a mechanic guy... do not know much about tuning. Just bought my MPVI and need remote tune support.

    The vehicle I am working on now is stalling after injectors swap.

    Any help is appreciated!

    so I’ll go ahead and upgrade the fuel system then and go from there. Other than that it fires up a lil funky (every 2nd turn) but I’m trying my best here on what I got to work with. I’ll use the NN and see if I get better results.
