Tuner in Training
Wiring 5 wire Bosch directly to pro link.
Me and my brother spent our Sat getting the wide band wired up and getting our graphs built in the scanner. We also solved our narrow band issue holding the car out of closed loop. We got out there this morning thinking we were going to get out and dial in our MAF and VE tables but we encountered an issue with the scanner that I?ll make a separate post on. Saturday after getting everything set up the Wideband was reading a little rich about .90 and commanded was 1. My EQ error was like 10% or so. This morning it was stuck at .6, we pulled the wind and out and it was reading the same. We noticed the wide band wasn?t heating up and we assumed the crap controller that came with it wasn?t working so we bypassed it and have it wired directly.that solved the heater circuit but not our readings. We confirmed our signal from the wideband was .5 volts and decided to throw a new Bosch sensor in but it reads .5 lambda. At this point we were scratching our heads.
-Nothing was changed with the tune so it?s definitely not suddenly running .60 lambda.
-We do not have the ?internal reference ? wired because for the life of us can figure out what it?s for.
-The original wideband was some cheap crap my brother got from Amazon so who knows what quality it was but obviously the Bosch is brand new and quality.
- We have it setup using by transforming the input from the pro link and copying the innovate to user defined. And once again it worked the previous night.
