Template editor Apply Changes button not visible

When using the template editor, it is not giving me the option to apply the changes. This is the same for stable and beta versions, and I am on the most recent release for both.

Perhaps I'm forgetting to do something while importing, but I'm not sure. Any thoughts?

You need to use the Template Applicator to apply templates. I believe it's under the Edit menu.

I'm having the same problem - cannot see the SAVE button (I think it's at the bottom of the window?) when trying to select parameters to create a new template. HELP!
