    MPVI Invalid Application Key

    I went to connect to the vehicle last night, and got an invalid application key.....purchased another license just to make sure I had the right key and same thing. Its showing my other 3 corvettes but will NOT allow me to connect to my 14' C7. I went through all of the troubleshooting steps, removed the old software, and installed the new from the website.....same error message after that. Any ideas on what I can try next, I really dont want to take it to a shop to have them tune it when I have all of the necessary equipment to do it myself.

    the most common reason for this error is a usb port issue of some sort, this could be pc side, usb cable issue or MPVI device side. If changing ports & usb cables does not fix the issue the MPVI device port has likely failed
