Jeep 5.7 2018 need help with file review and few questions

It is my first use of HP Tuners so i have few questions. I read my ECM and i see few changes like MDS disable. Can you check my file and review all is ok ? Someone before me does MDS off, EVAP off, speed limiter off and mod in 8hp. I make myself higher speed limit on cruise control and try higher RPM on idle for little bit higher oil pressure. Can you chceck my file ?
Also i have few question:
1. For EVAP i need to disable DTC's from EVAP and disable Purge and PCV solenoid ?
2. How to switch off lamda's after catalytic ?
3. How correctly increase RPM on idle ?
4. Gearbox work fine because i have higher rpm when change gear and do downshifts. But there is one problem - when start form 0 mph and do full throttle, gearbox don't change from 1 to 2 gear. Can you see issue in file ?
5. Maybe you have a few advise what can i change ? Maybe fans speed ?
6. In variable camshaft 3 cam phaser are disable and 1 (exh 1) is enable. This is normal ? Also in Airflow i have MAP disable.
