Need an EEC-V tuner in PNW

Good Morning forum, I've got a customer with a 2000 Ranger that's had a 5.0l transplanted in it with a 03-04 Mustang Cobra supercharger and fuel system adapted to it. The wiring harness and ECM were all adapted to the truck from the Cobra also. The owner and a friend did all the work and they did a nice clean job on the install but couldn't get it to fire due to some installation errors. They brought it to me and I've fixed the stuff they had wrong on the install. I have the base stuff setup enough to get the truck to fire up and run for a short time. Everything sounds ok with it but i know nothing about tuning an EEC-V system. I'm looking for a recommendation on where to send this guy in the Pacific Northwest if possible to get it tuned. I have no interest in figuring it out after doing some reading on it. So does anyone know where there is someone that is reputable to tune it? If not in the PNW is there someone specific that specializes in them? Thanks for any help.

I have the MPVI2 and was able to read and write the system with it.
