Hello, I am back reading the forum. The car is top notch, but the retuning is not going, just let it as a stg2 basic and enjoying the ride.
Thanks for steping in and trying to help chevota. I will leave the tune as is with hptuners, I realized it is limited and I could not do what I wanted so will enjoy the car without ethanol or stg 3 tune, I will leave that for the professionals.

Ic. Well, it is limited, but maybe tuning over the store bought tune may work better. Mine worked better if I tune over the OE Tune. If I apply the exact same settings over the oem tune, I lose power. I may have mentioned that before, but fyi. For me, and some others, using HP to tweak it is like an OCD thing to tinker with it until we reach perfection, which of course will never happen, but we try.

If you're not afflicted the OCD thing then I'm sure you're better off!
    Enjoy your car!

I purchased the mpvi3 in the hope to be able to tune 100% what i wanted, but after some time spent and dealing with the available tables, I get to the conclusion that for this platform, the hptuners system in good for a stg1 ou stg2, anything more in not possible. My hope was to tune the car in e50, and later install bigger turbos, but with the experience I have wihu mpvi/vcm editor for my car now, I do not think I will be able to proceed with the project. Will leave it with stg2 tune for now. Will try some more tunes, and maybe restore the old stg2+ tune and setup the WMI kit in the intake manifold, and try see if this solves the high IAT .
It definitely sounds like you have a faulty intercooler system. Either it hasn't been burped out properly or the intercooler pump has stopped working due to air bubbles.

You don't get a hard code when this happens so be aware. What are the intake temps you are seeing? I've tuned an upgraded turbo M157 with HP Tuners and managed to get control of all parameters needed to make it work.
