Ive been chasing this issue for some time now, and after replacing near every gasket, im still chasing this underboost issue. Car demands 37psi and only sees 30 max. Any clues/tips? Torque request and everything seems on point as well

Your ECTs seem way too low for any kind of boost to occur. I haven't seen your file but it definitely looks like a safety option.
