is someone able to tell me if my torque converter is bad?

I'm with working another remote tuner. I'm not going to insult him badmouth him. He's gone beyond expectations (worked with my transmission builder to get my clutches swapped out for upgraded ones and let me add a ported blower past the window). I fully understand he's busy and I just want to be sure it's not mechanical while I wait for him to get back to me.

When I smashed the throttle, it didn't lock up and just revved

I don't like what I'm seeing in the trans tune but cannot tell you definitively that caused a failure. It just as likely can be a trans builder issue.
