2017 ram 1500 5.7 crank but no start after install of unlocked pcm

It is throwing a lot of electrical codes and I have tried everything I can think of but still no luck

I have checked the pcm connectors and everything is good there. i installed btr trucknorris cam hellcat lifters new Mellinghv oil pump btr pushrods and btr valve springs im lost at this point.
