After installing BTR Truck Norris CAM on my 2017 RAM 1500 5.7L, truck no longer idles.
MDS and muffler delete - other than that, stock!

i have done the sam btr setup on mine and it will crank but no start. need help badly

it doesn't take much to get a Gen3 to fire up and at least idle, tune wise. If it is not firing up then most likely a mechanical issue.
