Heard back from the owner and seems that the original motor/box/ecu was a 2019
And the replacement motor was a brand new 2022 Crate engine
    Have attached pics
I'm guessing there's a few differences between them - hence have the odd idling, stalling issue
Will see if I can find a stock 2022 Hellcat tune - or just swap all the sensors, injectors, etc over from the original motor - and see how that goes

The injectors and the TMAP sensors are most likely different.

You can get the part numbers directly off the parts.

    Thanks for that guys -
    Much appreciated -
Also explains why the original engine had zero issues
First port of call will be swapping out the injectors and TMAP and IAT sensors

So there are 4 TMAP sensors on this and one IAT.

The IAT is fine, no need to swap it over. The four TMAP's provide both a pressure reading as well as a temp reading. The pressure reading part may be off due to the sensor calibration differences between pre 2021 and post 2021 sensors being used. You can certainly swap all 4 over, or you can update the tune with the correct characterization data for the ones whihc came with the crate engine.

Same with the injectors ... you can swap them over, or update the tune with the correct data for the injectors in use.

Reading the part numbers off the components would be a good place to start.

i dont see to many issues with injectors between the years at least not enough to throw the whole tune off like this, is this a modded stand alone oem harness and ecu being used ? did you compare the map sensor data ?

The tune is actually pretty good - its just when it comes back to idle -
The standard ECU and loom is being used - although a few things like the Fuel pump, ABS and TRaction control have been omitted.
Getting the vehicle back here next week - so will compare the MAP readings - although on the HP Scanner - the Map readings seemed about what I'd expect
But then I guess they reading an average from all TMAP sensors
