    Tip in throttle voltage drop

As the title suggests I get a stumble an surge on light throttle tip in. As throttle is applied the TPS voltage will drop a bit and stumbles and will surge a bit after letting off.
15:17 in the log is were its noticeable. Idle in drive at .25 volts, apply a little throttle it will drop to .22 and stumble... wide band stays pretty consistent around 14.2

    Suggestions appreciated!

    idling dead stopped at 15:19

    idling dead stopped at 15:20

none of the pedal parameters that you log suggest any pedal was applied during that time

I realize that....that's why I'm looking for help. I know it was applied however.... I did try a throttle relearn but didn't change anything...
Are there other parameters I can look at to log?
