HP90 install on Scat Pack- Will not shift

Hey everyone. I just had a 2023 Dodge Challenger Hellcat Jailbreak Redeye HP90 transmission, torque converter, and driveshaft installed on my 2019 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack. Doing research about the HP90 communicating with the PCM on my Scat Pack, it states that they were made to be compatible with one another. The issue is that the HP90 will not shift (stuck in 1st). After reloading my engine tune, hoping it would fix the issue, it did not. The TCM is from the HP90 and I have not bought the credits to get into the TCM tune. Logically, the TCM should shift at whatever the shift points are set for the Challenger that it came out of. The TCM would only need to be accessible if I wanted to change the shift points, or make any other changes to the transmission performance. Am I wrong about that? Any suggestions to help fix this issue would be greatly appreciated. My Challenger is still at the transmission shop so they could trouble shoot the issue. The transmission, torque converter, and driveshaft only have 6K miles on it, and it was test driving before removing them from the Redeye.
