I'm looking for an older ZZP tune for their Stage3+ package (Hahn turbo; ZZP intake/pipes/intercooler/exhaust/blowoff@27 psi; 5 spd). Mine got wiped when I swapped the ECU (with the ZZP tune) from one HHR to another, and then changed the VIN to match the new vehicle. I found out the hard way that the stock tune got flashed in (by GM) along with the TDM relearn. The head gasket blew. I put ARP studs in after the first one let go in the old car. I have those and the viton-coated gasket in HHR #2. I'm use 93 octane gas and also have added a Snow programmable water/methanol injection system (based on the injector pulsewidth) for extra insurance. However, ZZP no longer supports the tune I had (they originally installed it with the kit). They want me to do a remote tuning process instead. I was very happy with the original ZZP tune I had in terms of both drivability and performance. I'd just like to restore it, if possible. Does anybody have that ZZP/Hahn tune (or similar) they can share? I realize I must still check it out (and/or tweak it a bit, if nec.), but I'd like to start with something known so I minimize the chance of further issues. With the Quaife LSD in the new car, it was really great to drive. Before it blew the head gasket with the GM tune. I just want the old ZZP tune back.
