MPVI3 Standalone Logging Channels Missing

I just recently got my MPVI3, and I've been trying to do some logging on a 2014 C7 Corvette.
I have all of the channels, graphs, & charts setup in VCM scanner that I want.
Everything works as expected when I have the laptop connected and recording, but when I attempt to do standalone logging I'm missing channels and some of the data looks incorrect.
Has anyone else had this issue? It could very well be due to operator error.

Maybe my issue is different than yours however, I'm trying to do standalone logging on my C5 (2003) Vette and I can't get the MPVI3 to log the channels I want. It always defaults to the "default" parameters and ignores what is on my Channel list. I've tried erasing the Channels first and then writing my Channels as well as just writing the Channels...always goes back to "default" channels. What's even more interesting is that if I Read the channels and then save that file, and then open it, it shows the correct Channels I want logged however, as soon as I do Standalone, it only records the default channels. Everything works fine when connected via USB.

I've had my MPVI3 for a few months now. Not sure what I'm missing but I've never been able to get standalone logging to work correctly.
