Fields not being populated while executing live run

The first time I connected the tuner to my vehicle, I got live stats. Now, It connects and recognizes the vehicle but does not provide me live data. None of the guages, Graphs, charts. I'm fairly new to this and am wondering if I didn't disconnect it correctly the first time or I need to initialize something.

This is what I do:
Physically connect to vehicle and my laptop.
Press the "connect to vehicle" button, button becomes greyed out and the disconnect button is ready
Start the vehicle.
Click the "start scanning" button. I don't get any activity from this. No messages and no live data.

At the very top left, it lists my vehicle so i'm thinking the software is tuned to my vehicle.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

I'm using VCM scanner Version 5.1.4216 Beta on my 2023 Indian Challenger. The original tune was from RVS Performance. i sent them my ECU and they returned it programmed along with the HP Tuner.
