I'm having some issues with my '06 G56 5.9 (S&B intake, factory modified 60/62 turbo, DPS manifold, 5" turbo back) and I was looking at VCM Scanner for answers. As far as I can tell, everything looks good except for the FCA Duty Cycle. Desired hangs out between 27-37% and actual is between 1-10% but can't determine if it's accurate data. I read on a forum, don't remember where, of someone having similar data from FCA DC but no answer to whether or not it was VCM issue, or actual issue with the FCA.
Symptoms: intermittent long crank of 10 seconds or so (Ideally, I'd be logging when it happens but only happens when I'm not), almost not even noticeable "miss" at idle, much more noticeable "miss" between 1200-1800 RPM when slowly revved in neutral, and fuel hangs above 3k RPM.
Performed Contribution Test after 40 minute drive pulling 1000ish pounds. All injectors are at 100 +-1.
Performed Fuel Override Test with Matco scanner (if I'm not mistaken, test runs 1200 rpm with rail pressure of 20k PSI) and it starts to miss really bad, but the rail pressure stays within 100 PSI of 20.3K PSI.
I don't have the specialty tools for Injector Flow Test yet.
