2016 f150 ford performance turbos tune?

Good Evening also as i am trying to learn how to tune my 2016 f150 3.5 ecoboost, my head exploded. lol i am learning through HP academy but it is a ton of info. What i am looking for is a tune to start with other than stock tune. engine and trans
what i have done so far is the Ford Performance Turbo upgrade kit which is borge warner KO3 turbos roush cat back exhaust and a cheap "cold air" box(came with truck)
any help/info/insight would be appreciated
