06 5.9 tune and log limiters

hello all i am fighting my way through this as a "newb" ive spent all day with high speed limiters and trying to get them off i am now hitting trans limp and then into a high speed governor. is the trans limp causing it to go into a high speed limit? i will post a tune file and log file of it here on the log it hits the governor right after trans limp roughly around 3000rpm i need to turn the trans limp off but i havent dove deep into that yet the trans is not a concern and this i believe is a pretty spicy tune not very smokey. truck is a 2006 5.9 stock fuel stock air i picked up to play with this on more and really get deep into if anybody has time to check it out please let me know thank you

rail is lagging behind as well, i'd go more rail and far as fuel you have a good street tune amount in there a bit too early as well.
