    Decel ignition cut hemi GPEC2

So I have a request to try to dump extra fuel into the exhaust. A guy wants to avoid messing with wiring and cut out the spark via disabling coils. I've tried to overrun fuel a little but it just goes from 0.6 to max ~0.8ms on decel, even tried to change the minimum PWM to 1.2ms -> no effect on decel. So tried to cut the spark somehow. No spark -> fuel goes unburned to exhaust but couldn't find anything in GPEC2 tables.
You can easily assume what the purpose is: flames

run a separate fuel pump on a switch plumb it into the exhaust, 1 line each side after the x pipe. Install a spark plug near the end of the exhaust wired to come on with the auxiliary pump and he will have what the old timers called a flame thrower.
I am not the guy that tunes transmissions, our username is similar. If yo message me about I am not replying anymore.

I told the guy almost same: ignition cut via relay/mosfet controller but his request is to do this by tune thought maybe someone already did it. It is possible with GM and ford but I see that the ignition cut is not so straight possible in the dodge PCMs
