Y62 Patrol OS 6JF8B missing P0420 P0430

I have done many dozens of Y62 NA and Supercharged and now have struck an OS that is missing P0420 and P0430 DTC's. I have emailed support, and they want me to install the tune, let the vehicle fault then send them an infolog and debug of the fault before they will look any further. Or course this means I would have to License the vehicle, but they have not agreed to add the missing DTC's, despite me showing them dozens of other Y62 OS that have these available. HP won't agree to refund the cost of the credits if they do not add the missing DTC's. The vehicle is currently tuned but poorly with other software but at least doesn't code.
Does anyone have the addresses of the codes in a Binary so I can give this to HP. Basically, is there someone who can do their job for them? Its nothing to do with the emissions test, they aren't there and greyed out they are just not there and this appears to be the only OS that its missing in.

It appears they have established die to the codes being turned off in different software there is a data misalignment. Hopefully fixed.
