I have the MAF failed in the tune every way I can think of.

Any advice is appreciated.
I know when i went in and tuned the VVE table, i actually disable the dtc all together for when i fail the MAF. I run my car strictly off the VVE and in open loop for this. My maf is still plugged because the air inlet temp sensor is tied into the maf sensor. If you plan on running both maf and vve but in closed loop, you can tune the maf curve first, then disable the maf and tune the vve. once you do that and get them very close(around 2-3% within lambda), you can have both enabled and almost never need to run the car in closed loop ever again. keep in mind the only way to do this properly is to run a wideband sensor with the ProLink cable tied into your gauge's output signal wire. You can't tune and calibrate the MAF curve and the VVE tables using the STFT+LTFT.
