Open-Loop and Closed Loop random and unsure why? need some input on what i missed

hi, i did a log scan on my 2006 Saab Aero v6 with the 2.8. i did a log scan and noticed that my fuel system #1 status along with my other PIDs like throttle and WB EQ Ratio sometimes follows in sync. attached is both my file and log scan.

see if you can data log your o2 sensor voltages for both bank 1 and bank 2. the only reason i think it may be one of the o2 sensors is because the moment it engages closed loop, the STFT begins to increase and reaches 10% in the matter of only 2 seconds. there is only 2 reasons for that, one of the sensors is bad, or the car has a huge vacuum leak.
