    Total Noob - 2022 3.5L Questions

Hello I'm Kevin from SoCal, and I got my hands on a low miles 2022 3.5L / 10R80 drop out from an F150. I have the wiring harness and ECM. I would like to use it in a 1963 Falcon I am building and I would love some advice.

How would you do it? I only need to run basic gauges and I will not be making many engine modifications from the start. In my initial research it looks like removing PATS from a GEN 3 is more difficult than I realized (hope I didn't make an expensive leap). Do you know of companies doing that successfully? What are my options?

    Thanks

    -Kevin

    Awesome Project!!

You may want to check out "Mustang Ecoboost Net". A couple of members have swapped in the 2.3 motor/trans/electronics. And they have posted good information about wiring and reusing the factory control systems.
