2013 Chrysler 300S AWD 6.4 swap tuning issue

Hi, Im new to HP Tuners but have used other software in the past to tune other vehicles. Ive read up quite a bit and made sense of most of what everything does. One issue Im having is when I pulled the stock 5.7 tune off the stock ecu and change the engine type and size to 6.4 in the engine general tab, I get an ABS and Traction Control light with code U0102 Lost communication with Transfer Case Control module. Ive narrowed it down to changing the displacement as causing this issue, because I can change it back to 5.7 and still modify other tables and settings and the lights stay off. But as soon as i change it back to 6.4 I get the code, and even if i clear it it always comes back immediately. Does anyone know the reason for this?
    Thanks,
    Ryan

its a dodge thing... you wouldn;t understand lol

changing displacement disables traction control on a dodge

the reason? its just the way the logic is in the controller. yers is 4x4 - dont change displacement

No reason to change that table to 6.4 unless you want to disable traction control and ABS. It works good for the track and dyno though. That table only function is to communicate to the ABS Module engines size.

awesome thats kind of what i was thinking. But wasnt sure if that was part of the VE calculation or something. It all seems to be working well as of now, I basically just copied all of the tables from the stock 6.4 file and pasted them into my tune. Changed a few things here and there. Customer is beyond happy with how its running for now.

Another issue im having is the rpms wanting to hang and almost start to run away when i change the p/n rpm limit above the factory 3800. Im assuming its a throttle body issue, but I most definitely could be wrong. Have any of you ran across this before? what was the solution?

And my last question for now, Customer wants to add the burbles to the tune. Ive watched the video on youtube that most people on here have suggested, (that ive seen), but when logging it seems like my accelerator position never gets below 8% and my throttle position never goes below 20%. Am I correct in thinking that its never going to hit the lower end of my aircharge tables if it doesnt see that the throttle is closed? Ive tried to do a throttle relearn and didnt change anything. Is there a table where I can set the voltage of the TPS at closed and at WOT? thats how im used to doing it in the honda world.

Thanks again for all the help guys!

Heres my Tune file and a Log of it Rev Hanging from 40s in to 46s. If anyone can help point me in the right direction of why its rev hanging. and also maybe make some changes to it to get the burbles to work that would be awesome. Thanks in advance.
