    Struggling with idle Camaro LSX454

I have a 2011 Camaro SS, which I have installed a LSX454, and struggling to get a stable idle.
I get it to idle decent, but suddenly it start to surging, showing lean and reporting misfire.
I suspected the installed LS9 injectors, because of the pray angle, so I have installed the L99 injectors, to see if that solve the problem, but there is no change.
I hope someone can give me some suggestions, what to look for to solve this problem.

LSX454, Ls7 intake, Comp 54-454-11, 227/243 @ 050, .650/.661 lift, Long tube headers with aftermarket cats and Vararam cold air intake.

Looks like the minimum air flow is creating an issue. It wants to idle down but the air flow minimum is causing the tbody blade to open/close.

Agree with the min. airflow. Also, if you're trying to set it up in SD only, you'll need to revisit that. Add VE and Dynamic Airflow to your channels and don't log anything MAF related if you're tuning SD. It seems like you've adjusted airflow blindly which is not the best approach.

    Idle much better now

    Thanks for all help.
I have worked with my tune nearly every day, since my post.
I started with a new VVE table from a tune with similar camshaft. I have dialed in VVE and MAF pretty good, without all the dips and spikes.
Engine idles a little lumpy at 775 rpm, but never die. When letting off the throttle, the rpm fall right back to desired idle.
Still have some misfire code showing up from time to time, but that would be my next challenge.

    Can't do this..jpg

Can't do this. If you look at your log, your idle timing flatlines at 16.5. That's because this here acts as a cap. It can't go any higher than what's in this area. You're better off putting it back to stock.

Misfire diagnostics are going to be useless on a build like this.

The rest of the tune looks like you copied out of another file. There are many changes that I wouldn't make. Simplicity is key here and if you don't understand exactly what you are changing.. just leave it stock. IF I was tuning this I would have made maybe a 1/4 of the changes that you have. More isn't better... in fact you end up painting yourself into a corner.

    Thanks again for helpful feedback.
Spark tables set back to stock.
Alvin, you are right about that I have copied out of other files, and changed things after reading stuff on the web. I’m new to this Hptuners stuff, especially the gen IV.
My first goal was to get the car running and driving, which it now does.
Second is to learn to properly tune with Hptuners, and have already learned a lot the last couple mounts.
You are right about ending up in a corner. I have started from stock file a couple of times already, after getting lost :-)
This is another world compared to the aftermarket standalone systems, which I’m used to tune.
