Tuning a 2022.5 Sierra 5.3 (L84)

Hey there there will be probably a lot of misconceptions so excuse my ignorance.

I have a 2022.5 GMC Sierra that I want to tune to just remove the rev limiter since I have a fully installed catback and I some cutoffs and also for any further tuning in the future.

The problem is that the tuners in my country is charging a premium of 2270$ for this and I wanna upgrade my ECM myself but I and bring it to a tuner to remove the rev limiter and it won't cost as much since the ECM is already upgraded.

My question is, Is it the Global B ECM that I need to buy or the Non global b? Thanks

Hey, I don't really understand your question but your vehicle is from the global B family so you have to unlock it, it cost 500$ via hptuners. When you have your ecm unlocked you have to pay the credits(in this case you need 8, 50$ each one) that is 400$ which brings you to a total of 900$ without the labor fee.
