    Cummins boost raise with compounds

New to tunning. trying to find out how i would be able to raise the boost psi on my currently tuned 6.7.
want to go through the tune i have and adjust some items that it seems the last two tuners dont want to do and the first one did do and the truck ran great. ive been trying to find desired boost but fail to locate. have found vane control under torque management but not sure if that is where i should look. current setup is stage 3 vgt with ats 6000 compound, 12mm stroked cp3 and 50% over injectors, titanium fast fuel pump banks intake piping and intercooler, studded, hamilton springs and oversized pushrods with titanium retainers and 4" exhaust straight with a fresh built by me trans with all billet parts to support 1500 hp. with factory turbo tuned by previous guy i was hitting 65 psi, now after pump and new turbo im only seeing 59 to 60. i know this turbo setup is capable of 85 psi but have no clue how to raise the levels at all. not trying for 85 but would like to see if an increase would get the truck back to its performance level it was at with the factory turbo setup... thanks for any help

There is no desired boost table. You have upper and lower boundary turbo vane position tables and mass charge flow tables to control your charge flow in between the boundaries set for the turbo vanes.
