wideband sensor tips for diesel logging?

i'm at the point with my 6.0 tuning that i'd like to pull some fuel logs, but i'm leary of screwing up my WB sensor.... it's a heated AEM gas sensor.

any tips for protecting it from being destroyed by soot? or is it fine to run it as is like i do with gas?

also, any tips for setting up fuel & timing histograms like you would for gas logging? i haven't done this on fuel yet.

edit: i know i will have to scale it for fuel.

    Tips for protecting WB sensors:
Avoid high concentration of cigarette ash: During the testing process, try to avoid operating in environments with high concentration of cigarette ash. This can be achieved by adjusting the fuel mix ratio or changing driving conditions.
Use high-quality fuel: Ensure the use of high-quality fuel and avoid adding unnecessary additives, which may cause rapid sensor failure.
