Hi, I'm new to HP Tuners and curious if anyone had an issue with scanner having channels disappear? I have a channel config file from my tuner provided which I load into the scanner. I connect to vehicle and once I click on start scan, most of the channels listed disappear. My vehicle is a 2012 Ram. I'm using the MPVI3 and a AEM 30-0334 A/F Gauge. Thanks!

Some of the channels disappear because your tuner sent you a default channel list he uses across multiple vehicles. The ones which disappear are most likely not the right channels for your vehicle ad thus not supported.
You could try doing a "repoll for supported parameters" under the VEHICLE menu after connecting but before scanning. You shouldn't have to do this every time though.
If you're still missing key channels, ask your tuner to send you a correct channel list.

Ok will do. Just wanted to make sure I was not doing something wrong. He's a reputable tuner in some groups I'm in, so was hoping he would know what to send me the first go around.
he sent you a list that with A BUNCH of channels that are not used when logging any year mopar
Another possibility is to add them manually
