skimm delete or vin change help

im about to get really mentally unstable ive spent 15 k trying to scat pack swap a dodge charger im tired of guys commenting trying to tell me to pay them to tune to original 5.7 ecu i have a 6.4 ecu that came with engine my issue is that hp tuners did no re vin the ecm for me when i asked em to during the unlock process so now skimm will not allow hp tuners to read the ecm from the car i cant bench read it and im trying to figure out how or what is needed to re vin the ecm or by pass skim im getting really depressed and feel like i went waste deep in debt just to feel like legit hanging my self from a oak tree i need help not somone asking me to pay them for a tune

Try Alfaobd. Cheap app. Will do many things on Dodge platform.
