'07 Ram 5.7 won't shift after disabling MDS

It feels like the truck starts off in 2nd or 3rd gear, and just stays in one gear. Also won't take overdrive. Nothing changed after re-enabling MDS either.
Fairly new at this and no idea what to do. Didn't touch any other settings.
I did notice that nearly everything is disabled in the trans tab? not sure if it's supposed to be that way?
