Torque ramp, Speed ramp or Immediate. Which is the best?

Whats the differences in this setting on Torque Management? Do any of them affect the shift?

I am not 100% sure on this as I am brand new to HP Tuners in general. I believe this has to do with ignition timing and how fast or slow pressure is applied to the clutch packs during and after a shift is performed. Torque ramp I believe would be the "slowest" shift feel in terms of shift speed and felt speed after the shift has been performed. Speed ramp would be slightly quicker and immediate would be the fastest shifts possible (within reason)

I am usually setting these to immediate unless the transmission is having issues or it will be towing heavy.
