LSX 454 TKX stalling when coming to stop

Hey guys first time posting here so bear with me. I recently got this 70 Chevelle with a new LSx 454 and Tkx trans up and running. We are using the GMPP connect and cruise harness and ECU. The engine starts right up and idles and drives great but I'm having an issue when coming to a stop the idle drops really low sometimes stalling but definitely surging and struggling. I tried adding 20% to the throttle follower but it didn't seem to help much. I would really appreciate any input on solving this issue. Here is a log of the last time I drove it

Throttle follower works only at open throttle and you are coming to a stop with closed throttle.

Use [ECM] 12087 - Final Idle Airflow Minimum to give enough air to the engine and [ECM] 12701 - Minimum Final Spark to produce enough torque.

Need the rest of the combo. Injectors, throttle body, cam, etc.

The GMPP controller base files are terrible. In your log you can see the O2s hanging around 850mv and the trims are barely moving.

VVE needs dialed in. That thing will 100% run much better in SD.

    Your BRAF isn't high enough.

Doing a compare it looks like a lot of stuff has been changed that probably shouldn't be.

From what I can find the cam is236/246 .612/.612 110* lobe center stock LS7 intake with 50lb injectors and 90mm Tb. we have Hooker LT's and dual 3" exhaust. So For starters I should go into the final airflow minimum and bring that table up say 10-20%? I have the base tune saved so Ill go back and start there.

A engine that size will likely use 12+ g/s of air at an idle at least. That should give you an idea on that minimum table. You don't' want it bouncing off the minimum so much though.

I'd really encourage tuning VVE. Maybe do a 2 bar OS on it and rescale it for 1 bar. That's how I'd do it if it came to my shop.
