When I initially sent my base file to the tuner, I licensed the vehicle. He sent me back the new tune, and when I try to write it, it won?t let me , saying that it?s not licensed. But if I pull my base file back up, it will let me write it. What am I doing wrong?

Need to post both files. But first guess, he sent you the wrong file. Maybe a canned tune that has a different VIN in it if everything matches.

It is licensed to the file and PCM. so only 1 vehicle per licenses
I am having the same problem. 1999 chevy suburban. Just wanted to adjust the speedo.
