Need help with '07 Ram 5.7 Trans

So I'm very new to the tuner thing, literally got my MPVI3 just yesterday, and I figured I'd start easy, maybe try disabling the MDS on my '07 5.7 Hemi.
I found a tutorial on the HP Tuners Youtube channel and followed it, flashed it onto the truck and decided to see if it had worked.
Well, first thing I noticed was the truck barely wants to start moving....and it also doesn't want to seem to shift now, like it's stuck in 4th gear now or something. I literally only disabled MDS, saved the file, and flashed it onto the truck? I never touched anything else?

One thing I thought odd was how all of these options in the Trans tab are disabled?
Any help would be much appreciated!

If you have an automatic transmission why would it be odd the manual trans ID flag bit is off, you don’t have auto stick, so why would it be odd for it to be off, you don’t have an A580 so why would it be odd it’s off? Make sense?
