Need help with going back to stock on 13 F-150....

Greetings guys.

I have a customers 2013 F-150 Platinum 4x4 3.5 Ecoboost truck that I have completely rebuilt his engine from top to bottom. Added Garrett turbos. BD Diesel manifolds. Turbosmart VEE port BOV. And it has a Wagner competition intercooler. When purchased, it came with a tune of unknown brand and the tuner was not with the truck. I need to take the truck back to Ford OEM programming or tune. I have access to a HP MPVI3 and I see it needs 2 credits. I have had mixed responses from Ford dealers and I do not trust any of them. Some say it's a simple reflash to stock. Another says the custom tune will keep them locked out from re-flashing to stock. Another says the entire computer must be wiped and I need to have both keys and $400 to do it. Has anyone been successful performing a reflash like this?

If you have Ford IDS and a license you should try to the back doorway and reflash it yourself. there are tutorials on how to do it especially on the fordtechmocholoco channel on YouTube. but you start with the key completely off and have IDS try to communicate with the PCM and when it says that it is a blank PCM then follow the prompts with the key on key off crap and you should be able to flash all new as-built data onto it instead of whatever corrupted info it has now. But you'll need the part number, VIN code and tear tag info to manually enter before it'll flash, good luck.
