    2007 DBW compatable with?

2007 5.3 Silverado with original PCM and tune which I licensed. It is a DBW system. I added a turbo so I needed the 2 bar OS. I downloaded a 2004 file from the repository here. It had the 2 bar and RTT OS. After loading it in my throttle quit working. Did a compare on the original tune and found some throttle settings different, so I changed those, still no help. I switched back to the original tune and throttle back to working. So the question is is there a tune I can use that will allow 2 bar and my DBW to work? I see another tune in the repository from a 2006 5.3L, it does not show any throttle differences when doing a compare of the two tune files which leads me to believe that it is a much closer match? Before I buy credits to load this can anybody say if it does work on a 2007? Thanks!

Upon further review I found that 2006 and 2007 use the same TCM 12590008. So that is telling me it should work. Unless someone knows differently?

So you tried to write entire a different year repository tune to your ECM and then apply a CO to it? I don’t think that will work since HPT doesn’t read/write the throttle segments. You will likely need to do this with TDS and non. HPT interface to do this. But maybe one of the experts will way in for sure.

Edit: ignore the above, I thought we were in the Gen 4 section.

I looked back at a previous post and it answered my question. 2006 and 2007 will work with my throttle.

I have a 07 Classic GMC Sierra file 5.3L VIN Z so it is virtual Flex Fuel that has a 2 Bar COS available for it.
