incompatible pcm software means the ecm isn't unlocked.

It is unlocked but I believe its DiabloSport. Does that matter?
Yes it does. Needs to be returned to stock and then unlocked by us using our unlock method.

its telling you don't have the correct unlock. if you want to tune 2018 and up you need a unlock from the company who youre going to use to edit.
I'm second owner of a 16 hellcat, it suppossed to be tuned, but I got the MPVI3, bought the Credits and when I tryed to write it says Incompatible PCM software, I guess I have to buy the Dodge PCM Services and send it to HP to permform the unlock services since I have already spent my credits to my PCM.
am I right?
