Only with ac on, idle holds at 1300 for a few seconds before returning to regular idl

Only with ac on, idle holds at 1300 rpm for a few seconds when I come to a stop light before returning to 850 rpm. This is on a 99 firebird LS1 6 speed manual transmission. With ac off, I can shift to neutral at let's say 55 mph and rpm will drop smoothly from 2000 down to 850 like it should and be fine when I come to a stop. With ac on, clutch pedal pressed or in neutral, any thing above 30 mph, the rpm will drop from 2000 down to 1300 and hang until I come to a complete stop. It will continue to hang at 1300 for about 5 seconds and then drop to 850 or sometimes stall out. I can't post my tune at the moment as I don't have my laptop at work. Any suggestions on setting to look into adjusting would be awesome. Thanks.

Without seeing your .HPL and .HPT files, we are just guessing. With that said: ECM12880, 12879, and in the area of 2829. You need to log all the AC torque and airflow PID's to know for sure.
