not at all. since i have owned my LBZ (maybe 2 months) i have flashed mine about 50 times lol

Yeah, no risk unless you somehow manage to brick the module, which is really hard. If your tunes are the correct ones for your truck, you'll only need to do calibration flashes, which are almost impossible to mess up.
thanks guys, id rather do it this way than going with efi live and a 5 position switch, already have the hpt stuff and figure i might actually learn more this way!
You can do the 5 position switch with HPtuners also.
I haven?t done mine yet but I will be doing it in the future.
Can you load different tunes with HPT and have 5 different tunes with HPT? This is news to me if it can be done.

Where did you find the lbz tunes, I cannot find much support for the hptuners. I also already have the device.
i got a remote tune from a guy and loaded it myself, still learning too
