Coyote Gen 3 power loss

Hello, good evening. I have a problem with a Gen 3 Coyote engine with a GT350 induction and a Tremec TR3160 transmission. It has all the Ford Performance control pack, but it generates codes P0219, P061B, P2015, P2020, P0521. I also removed the manifold runners, but the problem persists. The problem is that the engine limits itself between 2,000 and 3,000 rpm. I have attached a log and the calibration. If someone could help me,

I am new to this also, not sure if I can help. Are you using speed density or MAF? Should the MAF adaption be enabled if you are using MAF? See attachments.
