Question SRT8 NGC4 Vehicle Speed Input On Swaps

Just finished a 72 Cuda swap done with a 2010 Challenger 6.1, TR6060, Edelbrock E Force Blower, and a Swap Specialties harness (which I highly don't recommend). The only module in the car is the ECM and that is all the harness is made for. I am running into an issue with it dying when slowing down to take a turn. I believe it has to do with not having a vehicle speed input to the ECM so it is unable to use the idle to driving strategies. It is my understanding that the ECM receives vehicle speed over CAN bus. Is there a workaround for this in the tune or would an ECU master speed to CAN converter work if I tied it into the CAN wiring.
