Help with cooling fan on 17 2500 6.4

I have a 17 2500 6.4 and im running a 180 thermostat. Im not running a fan clutch and im trying to get the electric fan to come on at 190 but no matter what i do it will not. It comes on at 230 like factory but no matter what changes i make it will not adjust. Has anyone else ran into this problem before?

Ok just got home and uploaded your test tune and yes key on engine running cold start, fan came on. I owe you big time. So looking at your parameters, it looks like your adjusting the low vehicle speed mode correct? So can i increase that to get the fans to turn on at 190? Also im assuming i have to keep everything in ?C

Started making adjustments to your file. From what im figuring out, Trans temp is the most important factor for fan operation. No matter how much i adjust coolant temp, the fan temp is whats making the fan come on

no, it needs a fan tune

that was just a test to see if the fan/relay/wiring was any good

dont leave that tune in there... your fan will wear out prematurely if ya do

tuned correctly both the t stat and the fan will cycle

So ive been messing with it, i got the fan to come onby setting the trans temp to 109. That seems to kick on the fan when engine temp reaches 190 for me and it holds it there. I have a 180 thermostat in. A bit of back story. Its a 6.4 from a 17 2500 swapped into a 01 WJ. Ive swapped in the bcm, rfh, win and fob to get the factory ecu to run the fans are just the start of it. Now i have to go thru the trans tables since im running the factory 545rfe from the wj. The jeep was a factory 4.7 thay the previous owner blew a hole thru the block.
