Controller Unlocker Timed Out, Able to write on bench, still no luck

    99 S10 Pickup 2.2/4l60e --> 02' LM7/th350, 862 heads, 212/22x, .552/.552, 107 LSA (Truck Norris), CAI, stock injectors, stock intake, 1 5/8 shorties,
    running MAF and O2s
MPVI3, Pro Link Cable, AEM 30-300

I have been receiving the infamous Controller Unlocker: Timed Out message whenever I go to write a calibration, Never Entire.

    I've resynced the interface,
    disconnected the battery overnight,
touched the positive and negative terminals for a few seconds while disconnecting from the battery,
used the standalone OBDII instead of the in-cab one
I've followed just about everything I've seen on the internet regarding this issue.

Until tonight, until the issue came about, I have only ever gotten the controller unlocker message. I made a quick, standalone bench harness; no it was not nice, but it was fused, I made an ignition switch, and everything had power.

Most importantly, I had gotten a "Write Calibration" to complete. So, excitedly, I put the PCM back into the truck and to my surprise, Nothing different than before.

What could possibly be going wrong with my truck or computer that causes this issue? I had just had the truck running the night before, and all of a sudden, I get these problems? I was sort of under the impression that with this issue, if you can get a tune to write completely, the PCM would prime the fuel pump and essentially be "fixed". I can gladly provide any further information at anyone's request.

And yes I made a ticket, I am waiting for a response

    what does this mean?
    is the truck not running?

what compute are you using for your swap?
can you post the tune, maybe there is a corruption on it or something

Sorry for the unclear info. I was trying to write Revision 1 to the PCM and I looked back down at my screen after a second and it had the failed message on the screen. I put it on a bench harness and was able to get Revision 1 to write completely. I then put it back in the truck, and it was still no start, no fuel pump prime, etc.

    This has all been on a P01 from a 2002 LM7.

Here is the tune that was on the truck
    S10 Base File From Tuner.hpt

2nd, Here is the tune I have been trying to put on it when the issue started and the one I was able to get to write on the bench
    Revision 1.hpt

Right now, I have the battery disconnected and will see if that changes anything in the morning. I have read that people with my issue have had disconnecting the battery solve it and am hoping that along with the complete write solving my case.
